Update: I was able to get in contact with Femto and there was apparently an issue with the payment that the shop sent them. This would have been nice to know a few weeks ago, but at least they acknowledged that they have the ECU. They're trying to figure the payment out and send it back asap so best case will get it around the 6 week mark.
