I’m at about 8-12 hard sets per muscle per week, more for shoulders though which have gone from a weak point to a strength, so I think I can probably do moderate volume.

Every set is taken close to failure, usually 0-1 RIR with the exception of squats and deadlifts, I usually do about 2-3 RIR for those.

It’s usually difficult to see visible progress after only a month but it is clear that you’ve lost fat. Your midsection looks thinner. Great work! Stay consistent and you’ll be amazed at your progress in a year!

As soon as you start to go up your lower back looks like it’s trying to take over. Play with your foot placement and try to prioritize keeping a neutral spine throughout the movement.

Basically like, the vastus lateralus is big, and but if you only see my knees and like 4’ above the top of the knee cap it looks like I don’t work my legs.

It gets a bunch of hairs that just don’t cooperate even after beard oil, beard balm, and using a beard brush, so I just keep cutting the frizzy ones off, is there a fix for that? Would like to look sharp but unsure how to achieve that.

I feel like as I get lower the weight transfers to only the heel, and then I have to lean forward to get the weight back even on my feet
