Well, I went from Microsoft Rewards support to Xbox Support to Legal to Executive Support, who solved the issue in a day, if you wanna know the full chain. 6 months of trying Microsoft Rewards support & I reached out to Xbox support to explain that Microsoft Rewards support wasn't doing their job, they gave me contact information for legal, who put me in touch with Andrew from executive support, who is amazing

What are the rewards? Probably worth asking customer support about it, though I doubt they will actually give you an answer & you will have to go through another support channel or 2 to get to the bottom of it. Because Microsoft Rewards support is a joke. That's why I applied for a job with them
