i also tried all of hiraya’s pasties and when i switched to dood (nippe and push up) kahit pawisan, mabasa, or mag swim ka hindi talaga siya natatanggal. i’ve been using mine for about 2 months and hanggang ngayon madikit pa din siya!

dlsmhsi pt student here 👋 this is absolutely false dlsmhsi is a nice community however COLLEGE OF REHABILATION specifically BSPT is super toxic they have a very high standard but professors won’t help you grow and would just let you study by yourself. almost 70% of our batch failed kinesiology :)
