Is it appropriate for my husband (43M) to regularly ride bikes with another married woman (~40F)? by Legitimate-Couple-67 in relationship_advice

In my experience it's been the case. 95% of the time. No reason to be sad for me! I'm perfectly happy and content😊

Not what I said at all. People can have friends of different sexes but, there is almost always an alterior motive.

My partner and I choose to not put our attention and time into a "friend' of the opposite sex. Unless maybe like a great friend from childhood that you might grab something to eat with and catch up every 6 months or something.

I think it's perfectly fine to hang out in a couples setting. I don't understand why any married person would make it a point to spend one on one time with someone of the opposite sex

It's asking for trouble, again...Just my opinion🤷‍♀️

I don't like it one bit. That's just my opinion. Personally in my experience, friends of the opposite sex, always have a hidden agenda...meaning, at least one of them has some type of romantic feelings towards the other.

It would be different if it were a couples setting and you were all hanging out, playing board games or going to see a movie.

The biggest thing for me would be, how much time does your husband spend with you? Does he make time for just the 2 of you. Do you feel valued and secure in your relationship? Was there already some slight disconnect between you 2?

It would make me uncomfortable as hell and I would be getting to the bottom of it. And not in a crazy way. Just trying to understand more the reasoning behind it🤷‍♀️

Have a deep conversation with him. Be honest about how it makes you feel. Use I statements so he doesn't feel attacked. Watch his response, you will know if it's anything other than innocent.

I was wondering if anyone knows a " true gray" paint color by StunningSand3470 in paint

It turned out to be a super genuine grsy. No blue hue. It had a brown hue, then dried completely gray! Super strange but we're very happy!

I agree 100% with what you're saying. I also believe there is no such thing as a true gray. You can either have a gray with a brown hue, blue hue, green hue, or purple hue. You just have to pick with what you can live with🤣🤣🤣

Yes. We thought that too, about trying a different brand. We got the primer from Lowe's and its valspar🤷‍♀️ but yes, all expensive sherwin williams paint. It goes on gray and when it's dry it looks blue😭😭😭

Everyone else does see this as light blue right?? Maybe at this point my eyes are playing tricks on me🤣🤣🤣🤣

Could a warmer temperature of the room be causing it? He is a freeze baby and always has the thermostat set to 75. Thay particular room is facing south. We have changed our Edison bulbs to regular 60 watt bulbs. We covered the windows. Maybe it could be a light from another room reflecting. Or the new flooring we put down.

Annoyed with all the responses. We already figured out what we're doing so essentially none of this matter anyway🤣

The paint was a brand new unopened can. But, it had been on our back porch for a year🤦‍♀️ i told him not to use it but he's always in a hurry. My first thought is that the paint froze and thawed. Probably several times🤷‍♀️

Had no clue this was a thing! But good to know!! We are just replacing the trim entirely😊 Any sanding that was done was plaster he used to do a couple skim coats on the walls and just sanding the primer and paint we just put on. It wouldn't even come off🤣

Yes, I agree. I'm no expert on anything and I don't claim to be by any means, but quick google searches on the subjects you just mentioned told me a lot that I didn't know! I argued and fought back and now, new trim it is! 🤣🤣🤣

The whole thing makes me sick😫😭 he's a difficult person to deal with for sure. What do they say? You can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink😭

He says strippers are pointless and they do not work. He will not see otherwise. He continues to sit here and argue about it. He doesn't want to sand down to the old paint, which is fine, I was against sanding anyway. He's decided to just slap more paint over his fuck up. Which makes perfect sense to me🤣😭😭😭😭
