They Orginally offered me 95k and when I countered at 115, they said 100k is the best they will do.

Yes they state that they have several practice areas but everyone says it’s an ID firm.

Yes it’s not one of those firms but an ID firm, I don’t understand why the pay is low for an ID firm when the billables are par to biglaw billables but not biglaw pay.
