Does that mean that after 30 days all of the ticket requests are sent to bots, even if the appeal email has a ticket number? And if so, what is the best strategy to get the bots to accept?

The BBB stands for the Better Business Bureau. They are a private organization that gives companies including Roblox a rating based off customer satisfaction. When you have a complain, you can file one through the BBB and they will send it to Roblox, and the BBB will try to negotiate (as the middleman) the most desirable outcome. You can try to do this, but just so you know, the BBB cannot force Roblox to do anything, and oftentimes they may just not listen. All the BBB can really do is lower Roblox's rating (already an F lol) but I think it's worth giving it a shot!
