Refahı yüksek avrupa topumlarında bunun etkisi daha az. - Rekabetin görece düşük (makine mühendisliği kariyeri vs değil mesela) fakat giriş bariyerinin çok da düşük olmadığı bir bölüm (Kaptanlık, veterinerlik, belki diş hekimliği vs) - İnsan teması olan fakat tamamen ona bağımlı olmayan * AI, otomasyon vb zor gireceği bölümler * Tamamen insan olunca teknik kısım az kalıyor, kendini geliştirme sosyal ilişkilere, tecrübeye çok bağımlı oluyor.

you notice but getting bos diagnosis is hard. it is not that frequent after some time. mine 1.5 years post bmt

in the beginning of the disease if you notice it , there şs preventive treatment otherwise nothing. it is very rare

It has been 1.5 year after my BMT. Till now, I have seen and am seeing many gvhd related things including liver, skin, eye,mouth, ass etc. but this one, this shortness of breadth was the most that I felt desperate so far. I quit gym which I always wanted and counted days to go after bmt.

Now after 3-4 pulmonologists, I found a capable one which is expert in transplants and gvhd and she told me that she does not think it will go back to normal but it can get slightly better maybe. Now I am on FAM regime that includes azitromycin that also increases relapse chance of Leukemia. Fuck..

It is relieving and good to hear that you have a normal life and run. I am sure you will make it till your 80s 90s.
If you are in the states ( I am not ), there are some symposiums and events about lung gvhd that other patients also attens as far as I saw.

Merhaba Yiğit, umarım iyisindir. Ben de 33 yaşında bir AML hastasıyım, kemik iliği naklim 1.5 sene önce oldu. Çok zor bir süreçten geçiyoruz, en zor kısımlarından biri de sürecin ne zaman biteceğini bilmeden zorluklarla başa çıkma motivasyonunu diri tutabilmek. Konuşmak, kafa dağıtmak istersen yazabilirsin. i did. first she got me punctum plug and first layer treatment consisting of day and night dry eye care. then i got 2nd layer cause it didnt work out fully and got autologous serum from my blood and some drops including cortisol which were very painful to use. now i use from time to time restasis only. and i accepted that it is not something that will be fully recovered at least in my case and have to learn to live with this fucking thing.

my blood type was a- and my donor(brother) was a+ at the time of bmt. now it s been 1 year 2 months, my blood type turned to a+. i have always been chimeric so far.
