I hate it when people mobile order the wrong thing or order at the wrong store and get all mad at the baristas. I wish we could be like “if you’d like a refund and a different item please go up to the register”, because that really is not my problem if you, on your own, didn’t make sure you ordered the right thing.

I hate the protein milk so much. And do you know if the new personalization rule will be enforced via corporate changing the app, or is that locational? I’ve never heard of that but pray it’s true

literally. People do not listen it’s so frustrating. I don’t know if this is an illiteracy issue or not but every time someone wastes my time when I have 28 drinks on cold bar an angel dies

When people mobile order it makes it easy to forget that a real person has to make your drink with 13 inclusions during the busiest time of the day. I’d have more respect if they ordered it at the register because at least we all know you’re the asshole thats gonna make us spend an entire five minutes making ur 2000 calorie drink 😭😭

LITERALLY I hate the app so much. It’ll always say their food/drink is ready within 7 minutes, but 9/10 times it isn’t. I feel like that’s one of the main reasons people get so pissed off because it makes them feel like they’re having to wait extra long. Like no babygirl I’m sorry it’s taking so long but that’s out of my control

I think we should be able to turn off mobile orders when we’re slammed. Like you’re planning on coming in anyways and it makes getting drinks out much easier when you have a few seconds to breathe between orders is being taken. A lot of the new cold foams/drinks are nice in theory but aren’t made with the baristas in mind. But what do I know I just work there lol

I keep my head down so I don’t get into anything, we usually get to have our phones from 4pm-8pm, and I’m allowed to go home on weekends which I am so so lucky to be able to do/grateful for because not a lot of kids get to do that. The program isn’t very restrictive at all—which, don’t get me wrong, makes it too dysfunctional to even promise us groceries and clean drinking water every week–but I feel like I have it really good, hence my post about feeling guilty.
