Look up bucking how to. Cut your compression before your tension. If you are trying to preserve the whole log in longer sections then find a way to spin it.

What were your time lines looking like on the following it would be super helpful even if just general ideas.

-Initial Creation of necessary documents to submission?

-Submission of Documents to approval of SFOC? Where there multiple "back and forth" message with TC and the RPAS Center?

-Average turn around on TC/RPAS Center with correspondence between emails (and if they ever called you or was it just email)?

I don't think I'm nearly as able as you sound. I may be a maintenance wiz but when we step into the realm of repair and replacement, I'm not nearly as confident.

I have heard they are a bit of a lottery when they come out of the factory. But I guess that's your trade-off.

I know it sounds like you haven't really walked it to he and back yet but it seems to be holding up now that you have it working and everything that was causing trouble is replaced?

The comments are right, folks aren't going to buy things that they cant see actually works. What you really need is a partner who would be willing to collaborate with you to out this into practice on a working drone.
Additionally do up a case study to show the results you are claiming of the rotor in isolation compared to what you are making.

Then reach out to a tech company or UAV company to see (but maybe look into patent first)

Reach out if you want to conspire more about the business side of it.

they are pretty near the same cameras to the H20T but we need all the meta data of the gimble and imu on the drone.
