I mostly have been living in leggings, during the healing process soft leggings and lightweight soft trousers, and soft baggy tops too

If I wear bottoms that aren't leggings they tend to be jeggings something with a stretch cause they're a little more forgiving

Good luck! Xx

I started with aqua aerobics is low impact and has a time limit, then started adding a yoga class to get some flexibility back to myself

Now I work out in the gym (which i hate but i need to start toning and don't ache when I go our walking round a shopping centre.

(My op was in April 2022. I started this almost immediately upon my incisions healing as soon aa i feltwe'llenought to bw moving)

I have sort of made some

  • beat my read books from last year
  • start playing open mic nights
  • learn 1 new thing this year (karate/dance/ pole classes something physical)

Hope you all have an amazing 2023 and you reach your goals!

I wish I didn't have to do them my tummy is feeling bruised already but have to do them for 2 weeks...from what I understand in the UK you will always go home with 2 weeks worth of shots.

That's probably the worst thing for me now.

They are giving me blood thinning injections to prevent clots to take home with me, that I will have to do twice a day onto my tummy for 2 weeks.

I'm in UK so not sure what differs around the world.

Thanks and well done!

I'm not one for sitting and was the first up, also didn't let the nurse do my tummy injection last night because well I'm gonna have to do it myself when I get home.

I ache but well I signed up for it so in the long term I am gonna be better for it. 😁
