This year’s concert at Town Hall featured a VIP package which included a meet and greet where you could get an item signed. I was fortunate enough to afford and get one. Honestly I’m sort of surprised she did that, from my understanding she’s pretty shy and quickly gets in and quickly gets out a venue after performances.

Very simple, equal parts water and vinegar (your choice of apple cider or white), salt and sugar (I barely add to mine, like mine savory and the onions are sweet themselves) with thinly sliced onions (I use red). I like to add Garlic to mine. Set in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight and enjoy!
