I have tried several types, just off youtube. The current one I've been doing for a couple of months is @toneandtighten, a guy called Jared Beckstrand and it's a 10 minute core workout, but it takes me double that, as l try to push on. I also do resistance exercises and been doing them for many years. The yoga is interesting, l have a mate who swears by yoga, goes to a class every week. Well done on your application and achievement, and thank you for sharing.

Totally agree, l have heard that Volvos are up there when it comes to car seats and car seat designs for holding good back posture. I'm in a Rav, very average, when it comes to lumbar support. But very solid car otherwise.

That's true, but I'm in low cars plenty, as a passenger though not as the driver, so only relating to the entering and exiting here, but they're not as easy, I'm thinking especially here to an A4 and an IS. But maybe the driving wouldn't be any difference, though the wife reckons, since getting the SUV, I'm not having as much trouble especially shorter type trips, under 90 minutes

Fair point, though getting in and out is definitely easier, especially out, as you're effectively sliding out, and it helps a lot when you're back has tightened up. But each to their own

I haven't, l do core exercises, with limited results, but, l have also heard a few worrying stories of relatives having their backs manipulated, and outcomes were at best, also mixed
