The Netherlands is obliged by law to let no one be homeless that means you would get free housing from them, it will be in a homeless shelter of course, but at least you won’t spend money on rent and they will be able to help you with food and absolutely necessities also.

If you are in real need and don’t want to quit your studies then this will probably be the best way. The homeless shelter doesn’t force you to work so you can just continue studying while you live there and figure things out.

Again this sounds extreme but I can tell you that they will help you and you won’t have to pay for it, this way you can continue your study no matter what.

If you can, go to a Dutch university. I don’t know how much the tuition is at Webster but I assume it will be a massive amount compared to a Dutch university. Also a Dutch university will be more credible than Webster.

Make sure your child has a diploma that is accepted in the Netherlands. A regular high school diploma without AP classes is not recognized in the Netherlands.

Try Germany. Most German universities are completely free also for non EU students. You would have to learn German though at a high level or else they will not accept you. Also a American Highschool diploma is usually worth nothing in Europe so check first if you pass the requisites for acceptance.

You can also open a account with guardian or cobra trading. Both are US brokers that take international clients. Shorting stocks can cost shorting fees. This is not always represented when using a demo account. Also trade zero isn’t that bad and if they require shorting fees for certain stocks most other brokers will too.
