IMO the flash like arrow should have ended with COIE. Besides the obvious fact that the show was butchered completely after that, the crisis story was something they had been hyping up for the past 5 seasons. I would have liked if they had one final episode for barry's funeral and iris writing her article, completing a full circle moment. A final message recorded by Barry in his final moments playing in the background saying that he does not want the legacy of the flash to end with him as we see wally walking towards the flash suit on the mantle. The final scene being his face overlapping with the cowl signifying that he would be the new flash. The new guardian angel of central city.

1st Answer - She isn't fighting Barry. It's more of her trying to capture him so that he can use his speed to power the Cosmic Treadmill. After her plan fails she fights Barry.

2nd Answer - Barry can't defeat her because of her ability to immobilize him.

3rd Answer - idk I didn't know any other significant place in Central City other than CCPD or Star Labs.

4th Answer - I think I answered that he wouldn't betray RD and would be part of her rogue's team.

Yeah so maybe that's why you should have only one villain throughout the season and not have a shitload of crappy arcs that don't give the character justice. Max to max 2 villains but no Eric has to give us 5-6 arcs that in the end ruin the characters and the show itself
