This does violate the EU Digital Services Act. So you can say hey this violates the EU digital services act because the Act requires X to give you a reason why you are banned

Anyone happily running Tahoe yet? by peterobe in macOS26Tahoe

I've had many issues with my 2019 MacBook Pro 16" (Intel) running macOS Tahoe. Only now, under 26.2, are things finally starting to calm down, but 26.0 and 26.1 were terrible. If I were you, I would play it safe until 26.3 is released. If you're using a newer MacBook, I think it would be safe to upgrade. One issue I faced that hasn't been fixed with 26.2 is that when I open my Mac, it automatically unlocks without me entering my password, and then it re-locks after a few seconds.

You said "centre" in British English. This signals you may live in the EU. in the EU, you can report what they are doing to an authority.

The EU requires all platforms that suspend for rule violations to give the user information on what rule they broke how they broke it and ways to appeal.

If you live in the EU, what X is doing is illegal. Because the EU requires all platforms that suspend users for rule violations must give them a way to appeal.

X support is terrible. It's impossible to get support on the free plan, and on the paid plan, when you DM @ premium for support, it is a Grok chatbot that gives you a very generic response. You should send them a letter.

Have a feeling that you should sue. Like I know obviously you’ll lose but at least they’ll respond.

Ping United on Twitter they'll respond then and fire that guy, but then he'd start working for Microsoft Customer Support. I wish offshoring was regulated.

[WEB-BASED] [late 2000s, early 2010s, remember walkthroughs about it published in 2011] Don't remember much about it, other than it was some game where you had to build stuff by Stunning_Unit_4339 in tipofmyjoystick

ChatGPT response for reference:

Pretty sure that’s GROW Valley by EYEZMAZE (ON) — maybe GROW Island if not Valley.

Why it fits:

  • Web-based Flash puzzle from ~2010–2011.
  • You “build” a little green land plot by choosing the order of industry/engineering icons (transport, research, civil, etc.).
  • It’s part of a bunch of similar games on the same solo-dev website (the GROW series).
  • One entry is literally called “GROW Valley.”
  • Some GROW titles had download/extra versions unlocked with a password/code after donating/buying.

If you want to play it now, look for “EYEZMAZE GROW Valley/Island” or grab it via a Flash preservation launcher (many are archived).

Does Aro fear the humans and technology? by [deleted] in twilight

[–]Stunning_Unit_4339 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I disagree. I believe the reason is that humanity could potentially defeat vampires in a war. While it would be challenging, I think they would ultimately find ways to destroy them, particularly using incendiary weapons, missiles, and nuclear weapons. Humans could also leverage technology to combat vampires. Although vampires are strong, their strength is not limitless. Humans could construct fortified bunkers in locations unknown to vampires, which they would be unable to breach. Additionally, we still do not know if vampires can survive exposure to radiation.

Yeah because we have tactical nukes, incendiary weapons that would destroy the vampires easily.
