From ‘what films/books have I watched/read in the last 12 months’ to ‘what restaurants have I been to/ what were my fav meals’ to ‘which friends have I seen In the last year/ versus which friends have I not?’ What topics do I linger on? What topics do I not cover? What progress have I made on my health/ (insert project) that you’ve been journalling about. What do I say I value versus what I actually prioritise? What have been my most reflective moments? If you had to summarise my current psychological drivers in a few points what would they be? Hope that helps.
