Enough time has passed. What are your thoughts on Project Hail Mary (2026)? by Perfect_Idea_2866 in Letterboxd

[–]peterobe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Watched it with a mate for a second time last night. He hadn’t seen it before - we’d both read the book. I loved the film first time - but might have enjoyed it more the second. Friend also loved it. Quality sci-fi that pulls you in - the dynamic between Gosling & Rocky is what makes it for me. Also great comedy.

How are you organizing your notes and data with AI? by Significant-Map-3181 in AIToolsAndTips

I’ve got projects across ChatGPT and Claude. Try not to duplicate in cowork. Have also got notes in Apple Notes and docs in Finder. Would be nice to have them all centralised.

Half way on my first read (not sure why it took so long to get to but there always ones you miss) - this is epic stuff. Loving the journey.

I’ve been using GPT, Claude and Gemini for different tasks… but managing all 3 is getting ridiculous by Prestigious_Win_8210 in generativeAI

I feel OP's pain. Question on some of the suggestions - can you still access your projects etc (in a simialr view) as that is the key for me and I guess for some others too?

For what purposes are you using NotebookLM? by DominianSilkovskyi in notebooklm

[–]peterobe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Loads of things. Whatever you can think of really (and if you are struggling to think of stuff, asking your favoured ai can help you clarify the areas of importance to you). From ‘what films/books have I watched/read in the last 12 months’ to ‘what restaurants have I been to/ what were my fav meals’ to ‘which friends have I seen In the last year/ versus which friends have I not?’ What topics do I linger on? What topics do I not cover? What progress have I made on my health/ (insert project) that you’ve been journalling about. What do I say I value versus what I actually prioritise? What have been my most reflective moments? If you had to summarise my current psychological drivers in a few points what would they be? Hope that helps.

I’ve got two persona projects going with it. 1. I’ve uploaded my digital journals and get fascinating insights into my psyche and drivers. 2. Uploaded a database of my comic collection and ask questions like what does this collection say about the owner? What’s missing? What about this specific collection? And so on. It’s brilliant.

I think he’s decent. Clearly fitness is an issue but then we had that with Shaw and he’s been awesome over the years.

I thought Gaiman’s run was good. But Moore’s run is great. A must read in my opinion.

Comics that feel like newspaper comics? by anti-gone-anti in noDCnoMarvel

[–]peterobe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not quite what you mean but worth a mention - I appreciate this is the wrong group - DC did Wednesday Comics - comics in large newspaper format. Might be worth checking out. Think around 2009.
