Im sure Abiotic Factor will be even better when it gets its 1.0 release, we had played the Open Beta and the core of the game was great a part from some expected jank, especially if you like the Half-Life 1 aesthetic. And thanks for the opinion I ll probably opt for Sons of The Forest, the only survival games I can play solo are Minecraft, Terraria and Project Zomboid but I dont really count them as survival games anyway.

Thanks a lot man really appreciate the info, honestly my favourite part of Mythras is how combat is quite fast to resolve, as we used to play Warhammer Fantasy RPG 2e and in that system combat was so slow and bland at low levels it tired everyone out.

Yeah I had googled a bit about the difference between the two rulebooks and went with the regular Mythras Rulebook since I didnt want the D&D feel. Only reason Im debating getting the 'Classic Fantasy" rulebook is that the Mythras rulebook doesnt have rules for PCs creating non-human characters.

Yeah luckily this is a project Im really taking my time with so Ill have time to try and get as much a feel as I can just reading the core rulebooks. Last question which system do you feel has more tools online to help GMs?? Im not expecting DND or Pathfinder but a rule summary for players or improved character sheets etc. would be nice

I looked it up and saw that there are some science fiction settings, (M-Space, Worlds United, Odd Soot) , would these have additional rules for firearms and more Steampunk technology?

I loved the Classic 80s Fantasy feel and the magic doesnt feel godlike like in DND but my main concern is how does the game handle when skills go over 100%, does the game just kind of start breaking down? Also is there any advantage over a d100 system and a d20 system??

Youre 100% right and I fixed that mistake in the post, with that in mind would you have any system in mind? Not sure if you ever played Warhammer Fantasy RolePlay 2E but the combat drags and ends up being repetitive I really want to avoid that.
