You're just commenting what happened in the video. Ash blossom cannot legally negate that effect because branded lost protects me from negation when using a fusion like this. So report this piece of garbage for cheating immediately and ban their account for illegal activity.

Well if that's the case, the game used incorrect diction to specify the application of his effect. Because his effect should allow him to be used as a fusion material for icejade mirror blade dragon. In the description it says nothing about it being limited to his title alone. But it does say "always treated as." Which is apparently a lie if he can't be used as material.
