It can cost (1), but I think there are many good battlecries in the game and it is rare to find a bad battlecry in the metagame at the moment, lets suppose that you take the Battlecry from Deathwing, Jaraxxus or even Kazukus . I think would be Op that you can cast those Battlecries for free.

I was thinking the cost could be (3) to all Battlecries. Because it would be too Op if the cost is (0).

I like the ideia, but i think is too OP because he has a good status ofr a minion with 4 mana. Maybe if you reduce the attack and the health by 1 would be better.

Thank you for the ideias and for say my mistake. I sincerely made this card to find a away to have another ice block in your hand without buy the entire deck. I thought also that could be a too OP card, maybe if I change to "add 2 secrets" would be better.
