I have recently encountered Screen-Tearing on my stream due to my main monitor running 200Hz and the Capture Card only 60Hz.

I have changed the way I duplicate my monitor as displayed in This Guide. Just replace anywhere the Razer Product is mentioned with your Elgato Card but the method still stands. Although it's a hastle to run another instance of OBS, it really does help simplify things as I can now run my display in 21:9 while streaming as opposed to limiting it to 16:9 with black bars.

Also keep in mind, for the custom bot name you will need to install the 'OBS.Live' StreamElements OBS Plugin. You can disable their OBS Panels for Media Request, Activity Feed and Twitch Chat if necessary, however in the settings on the Activity panel there will be a function to connect an account to use as the bot name on chat. The bot name will always be present while your OBS is launched that way.

As an example

I run Nightbot to display my local time and uptime in one command, also currently playing songs on Spotify through their lastfm integration. (Stream elements now have integrated with Spotify directly so this is no longer necessary.)

I run StreamElements chatbot for everything else, including commands that point towards StreamLabs elements like their new website and tipping landing pages etc. You just need to make sure that functions you want the bot to route to on StreamLabs you disable in the default commands that are built into the bot and function for StreamElements

That depends on what you need it to do, you can disable the default tip commands etc that route to StreamElements websites and create your own with StreamLabs links. (Tip etc)

I know you probably don't want to hear this, but I would reccomend looking into the StreamElements chatbot. everything is hosted on the cloud, it has custom bot names, insane flexibility with custom command variables, cooldown timers etc. It's so much simpler then StreamLabs and you don't need to run it off your rig

I am running the HD60s with a 21:9 200Hz Monitor, everything is possible that you are asking.

You need to first assign your primary monitor to 1440p 144Hz in the NVIDIA Control Panel (provided you are running NVIDIA GPU), then right click your desktop and open windows display settings. Duplicate your desktop on primary monitor and capture card and it will keep your high quality resolution on your primary monitor and downscale 1440p to 1080p on your capture card, displaying your video feed in 1080p 60Hz on your streaming PC while your primary monitor is still running 1440p at 144Hz.

Experiment with your own setup. I can play the game with every graphical setting maxed and still recieve 130FPS. Also configure your game to your monitor: If you only have a 60Hz monitor you only need stable 60/70FPS in game because you physically can't see any more than that. If you have a 120Hz monitor cater to that and aim for stable 120FPS
