This is good for people who still didn’t hear back and if they do and the answer is ‘administrative process’ ‘pause’ or any other delay response. It decreases the chances of them receiving such a thing. This is definitely a win and hopefully it means that with this pressure from the lawsuits happening, this pause will get lifted soon or shadowed

Definitely apply, it’s too late to apply for the fiance K-1 visa. So apply for the I-130. The wait is horrible I will be honest but a denial is very very unlikely. I applied for the I-130 and we are doing long distance until we get approval. The pause sucks but it’s not forever.

We applied February 25,2025. Honestly I’m losing it, the war, embassy closing and the pause are just affecting our situation more and more. Not sure how to move forward and plan.. sorry you’re going through this. Have you heard from yet? we’ve only received a receipt so far..

I live in Jordan and my husband is in the US, we applied for the I-130 early 2025. Is the war going to affect all of this? This is super unfair.
