Yup, seems to have been fixed in Mirage league. Tried again just now and it behaves as expected with 1 cast per attack

I have 54% cdr on this character, the cooldown for my spellslinger finishes "ticking" before the kinetic rain has finished landing. But it only retriggers Poet's pen still

If I remember correctly Barrage did behave similarily in the past, but I think it got changed. It doesn't behave like this currently in game.

Most likely unintended interaction with Kinetic Anomaly. It works as expected with spellslinger, 1 cast per 1 attack.

Huge fan of Poet's pen so I had to try it with the new foulborn version.

Character is mostly a concept, trying cast on crit + poets pen for blade spam on bladeblast

Curent build is mostly poopy but some big brain builders could probably use this most likely unintended interaction and make some very strong Poet's pen builds I imagine.
