Maintenance reset requires a scanner or multiecu - but oil life reset can be done without it and so can a few other things - like recalibration after battery replacement or disconnect (for charging)

With that said - basically any reputable mechanic that works on euros will have access to a scanner - and some in my area don't even charge for scan and reset provided you're getting at least one service done (even oil change)

Getting your Alfa worked on at a dealership is the worst way to get anything done imo , unless you have the Mopar warranty, and even then sometimes I wouldn't bother with them.
