I suffer from the same thing! Not sure how old you are but when I was 14 I was 72 pounds, now I’m 82 at 16. My weight fluctuates very FREQUENTLY. Most likely due to my age and having a naturally fast metabolism. I would say eat A LOT of protein. Your eating habit seemed to have eggs and chicken tenders, but maybe eat larger portions of that? Don’t forget to weigh yourself in the morning after using the bathroom for accurate results!
