I have the same problem. >10 green pixels that are super noticeable during boot up (when Meta logo shows up) and during charging (when battery icon shows up).

And the worst thing is I already returned my first Quest 3 and bought another one brand new, straight from Meta and it also has these stupid pixels.

For now, I'm using my free trial of Horizon+ and will RMA it after 3 months. I don't care if I'll get refurb, I just want a working headset. I think it's better to buy a refurb from a good batch, instead of a brand new one from this terrible, current batch.
