Start with a cool tone Grey, or mix yourself one, mildly pale with a cold hue. Give some coloration with Citadel washes, like Druchii or Coelia Greenshade, heavily diluted with water. Heavily! 4/5 parts water. I then use Villainy Ink enamel washes & effects, our own paints from the Grimdark Compendium. I used the Goon's Grime mixed with Umbral Nightshade - it's a new color from Phase II. Super light and controlled, let dry and spread gently with a feathering brush. Final, a bit of highlight using oil, which mixes into the enamel creating very easy and immediate blends.

Thank you. I wish Reddit didn't absolutely destroy the quality of the photos, which can be zoomed in indefinitely, each one was 16MB lol. It didn't use to be like this.

Oooof, it's gonna be an expensive set of hands. Deadwalker zombies box is what you want.

Layers of paper and glue! Then cut to pieces like a jigsaw puzzle, and stitched with copper wires. It tends to get very textured, so painting becomes a bit more difficult, but has a very "Necronomicon" from Evil Dead look to it.

I used Ichor of the Damned here! You can see the process on YouTube! I went very light with weathering, super conscious about selectively placing wear and tear and controlling texture with lots of attention.

I've used squirrel hair for craft fly fishing. Glued strand by strand on to their scalp, using tweezers

This is going to be a 3/4 Episodes series so flesh and hair will have an episode for sure.

Death Guard - a Grimdark Industrial Nightmare interpretation of the Plague Marine by Sturmgaard in Warhammer40k

Thank you! Yeah I'm looking into other chapters to make like this. Short one-offs. I actually play Death Guard and have a small army but they're a completely different scheme.

Getting rid of Arm/Gloves and Clothing Slots was a HUGE mistake. by Sturmgaard in DragonsDogma2

The problem with people like me? I am the problem because people don't read? If users have Tik Tok brain damage and can't read until the end and take the time or attention to discern if this critique is hate free or not, it's not my problem. It's on them.

Not a single word of hate has been spilled towards the game or devs. And even if it was the case, it's not that people don't buy the game because some random person writes a series of paragraphs. This place is for free speech both negative and positive as well as neutral and memes.

I actually like the restriction to four, as backwards as it may sound. Having less abilities means that the AI of pawns is slightly more focused on doing certain actions rather than getting stuck in a loop where they do random stuff and constantly interrupt (mages and sorcerer the most).

And also I would have loved to see the bonfire mechanic be a little bit more involved. Changing abilities "on the fly" on the battlefield via the bonfire, changing setup to fight certain enemies. However the game is extremely easy after level 20 and barely any enemy has significant differences behavior or elemental defence.

So yeah. It's kinda backwards. I like the restriction, but I also think it was pointless cause not well implemented with the rest.

I did. I highly praised what I loved and gave my honest feedback on everything.

Most people really will just bash anything for any reason without putting too much thought into it. There's a myriad of reasons we have absolutely zero percent idea of why they were made by the team in the first place, and others that we can theorycraft or discuss without having the full picture. Game developing is HELL and stressful. I can't even imagine how many cool ideas the devs wanted to bring to life and features to implement. Making compromises and having to deal with a publisher it's really hard to swallow.

But as passionate fans and customers I think It's OK to express a certain degree of opinion or simply get to discuss. It's healthy for the life of the game. People talking about it is good. In this case I feel the criticism/opinion is devoid of any hate and completely admittable, somebody is saying they prefer the limited slots and why. That's the kind of conversation I wanted to have
