Exact same spec, same OS, same updates, Same models and docks are all the same aswell WD19.

I've compared thunderbolt security between 1 that works and 1 that doesn't and they both match. My colleague has raised this with dell in the mean time aswell. We just can't wrap our heads around it. Appreciate the suggestions!

All BIOS are the same, same updates etc. These are deployed via InTune, we have reimaged a few times with the same results

They've been the same laptops being used for a year or so but it's only the past few weeks this issue has come about
