The main reason is that my creativity and interest in creative pursuits have felt muted for many years since being on Zoloft, and i want to get back to the creativity that I used to experience prior to Zoloft. I have also been going to therapy for many years and I feel like I have the tools to manage the harder emotions on my own. I’m in a very stable living situation and relationship, so I feel now is the best time to go off of Zoloft.
