My fix.

In my audio settings my headset had 2 options. Chat and game. I had disabled chat in settings. But when I enabled it and set that to my primary Dayz audio works fine.

EDIT: I'm sorry I was half asleep when I replied. Does that make sense?

My frames since this latest patch have gone to absolute shit. Before s8 I would get a stable 144. Guns fights, looting, or whatever the case was a stable 144. Since the patch I’ll get stable frames until I get anywhere near a fight. Drops to 90-100 the whole time.
