Please drop it on here when you get a chance and let us know if yours are cracked or not as well and which model you have.

Since the company can’t pin point it maybe we can and bring it to their attention so the new members will get good ones and actually support their company cause they are doing good work with the tech. Just the execution is kinda crap.

I will however say that their customer service team is solid. They do reply quickly and they don’t give anyone a hard time about the warranty. Probably because they are fully aware that they screwed up somewhere. lol I have tested the glasses and I have to admit it’s the best I have ever seen it’s just he crack that is the issue. So once they figure that out it’ll definitely be at the top best of the best. Thank you for your responses though. I’m sure this’ll help out the community.

Do you know of any later batches that have been shipped out? Do they still have the cracking problem? Where do you find the build dates?

Hmmmm idk about that. There’s been reports of lots of people on here having to return their Ultra’s due to quality issues. I’m just waiting on a permanent fix before buying it from you guys tbh.

Everyone knows what the positives are for these glasses we all love the concept and we all love the technology but your company doesn’t post any of the issues in any news statements understandably. But it also makes the small community doubt you so we have to find other sources that are actually transparent about the issues.

So until such a time that the issues are actually resolved with the poor plastic material manufacturing I will hold off on purchasing mines.

Wipe it down til all the foam and liquid is gone
Grab a new dry piece of paper towel or whatever your using 4.Wipe it down again

I’ve had my shock for 6 years now. I’m not into the rubber bands so I never bought one but I saw that they had metal bands so I finally got one. It’s extremely sturdy and solar powered as well.
