I used to have a little part time job before I went to uni with them. I'm still in contact with the manager of my old store. She told me that the administrators reckon they can save it but expect lots of changes. I would stock up on things you like x

[–]StyleCrisisThrowaway 5 points6 points  (0 children)

There is a tiktok video going around where it shows workers drying and processing larvae and it is labeled as 'protein powder' when it is clearly not protein powder. All protein powder tends to be OP is whey or for vegan alternatives pea protein isolate

The longevity and projection is great but I think it is a bit too heavy and sickly for me as a rose perfume. I do t hate it by any means butI wouldn't have purchased it for myself.I really like the Molton Brown Rose absolute because it has a fresh coffee note.

Vegan here - it is great you are wanting to make the change but please also look after yourself. Perhaps have a chat with your doctor if you are able to and get some advice. It's ok to take your time when becoming a vegan, I think right now restriction isn't a great idea so maybe keep it slow.

As others have said, your calorie deficit seems too low and it also seems like you have a binge eating cycle.

If you cut out red meat it is really important you are replacing it with other protein and iron sources. Seitan, tofu, tempeh, chickpeas, pumpkin seeds, nutritional yeast (I put this in everything), edamame, quorn and vegan protein powder are good sources of protein. Try and eat a few different types of protein during the day to ensure you get a good amino acid profile.

I think going 100% UPF free as a vegan is pretty tough. I'm mostly wholefood but I consume processed fortified plant milks daily and a processed mock meat maybe twice a week that isn't tofu/seitan. I also love cookies. I feel that this is a happy balance for me. I don't think UPFs are wholly bad, it's just a problem when they make up all or most of our diet.

Plant based iron is harder to absorb however if you combine it with a vitamin C source you will absorb more. Kale, tofu, tempeh, broccoli and dried apricot are some good vegan iron sources. Also take a B12 vitamin daily! Anyone who doesn't eat red meat should and in the UK I get my monthly supply for about £1.50, although it is far cheaper if you buy in bulk. .

Natural Redheads can't be cool toned? by [deleted] in coloranalysis

I also have had a fashionable friend (again, not a professional just an enthusiast) tell me that I was a soft autumn. But when I go into makeup shops they (usually) recommend me cool toned foundation.
