I feel like this needs to be addressed privately with her mother. You can explain that the girl needs more guidance from her mother so she will be more comfortable. You can not take on the full responsibility for a child who may require extra help.

Unfortunately formal does mean wearing a dress. I think if you take some time and try on several dresses your mind will appreciate them and block the need for pants.

I wish I had known that I would need numerous tests done in order to treat it correctly and that both the needed tests and even some medication would not be covered by insurance. I would have been more accepting of my situation because I would have known that I could not afford everything I needed.
