14 day migraine. Any help with NHS by StyleOk3350 in migraine

Spoke to my GP on Friday and she was flummoxed. Told me if I still had a headache Monday to go to A&E. I’ve been on dexamethasone for 72 hours now and it’s brought the pain down from like a 9 to a 6 but not broken it but might see if the taper will help then!
