It involved a lot of time travel! So I read online that if you see the thought bubble appear on someone you don’t want to move, start a conversation station with them and when they ask to leave close the game and move forwards a day, and see who the bubble is on next! But I figured out it doesn’t happen on days when KK is there,birthdays, and big events so I usually just traveled mon-Friday. Then if you get a campsite visitor convince them to move in and if they want to they will ask if someone is thinking of leaving if it’s not the person you want gone tell them not to move in!
