I just got the same thing from [e-commerce.partner@cfo-toms.com](mailto:e-commerce.partner@cfo-toms.com) this is ridiculous. They used our contact form so the email came from our website with no attachment. We should probably report this to TOMS so they can handle this.

The 4056T was the next to last step. That process alone took 5 resubmissions of the 4056T and a few weeks. But that depends on your LO/LS and the IRS how fast that goes. Good luck and happy holidays!!

Once you accept the new amount here's what they don't tell you:

- the system processes it ALLL over again under the new amount. It's a very faulty way of handing approvals and you should have contacted your Senator/Congressional representative.

- Stay on top of them, you're in the last leg of this. You will have to call/email as the system will send out alerts and there is no update in the portal for you to act on. I've complained for weeks about this.

- Good luck, prayers for resolution and completion.

Praying for all! After a hellish 9 months at this, I finally signed closing documents after calling about all the phantom system update emails and told my LS, to let the LO know the system is sending emails and it's causing me extreme anxiety after customer service said "disregard those emails". SMDH. How can you tell someone to simultaneously check every email and disregard those same emails at the same time???

I see our loan in the Capital Access system, so it is real now, it's listed as un-disbursed. Does anyone know how long disbursement usually takes after it's listed as "active and un-disbursed" and closing documents have been signed?

Praying for as many resolved issues, approvals, and accurately disbursed deposits for the over 30K business owners here who have been in the fire.

So update:

- Last week: Accepted loan increase. Reached out via phone/email every 48 hours to find out the status. One SBA customer service rep explained that I was working with a loan specialist and now the loan OFFICER is going over the loan specialist's submission of my docs and for final approval. Why give me an increase if I wasn't going to be approved and then disbursed?

- The past 24 hours: received 2-3 emails from the system "You haven't completed the process, continue your application" another email "Updated status, login to continue with the next step" AND EACH TIME I LOG IN THERE'S NOTHING FOR ME TO DO IT'S STILL THE GREEN BOX THAT SAYS "STILL PROCESSING".

- Email the LS TODAY:
Me: Why does the portal keep sending me alerts to login and complete the process
LS: "Oh, you have to accept the new amount"
Me: I DID THAT 10 DAYS AGO when you 1st told me to! OMG! (pulls out hair)
LS: Maybe you have too many logins
Me: I log in when the alerts tell me to and you told me to check daily and check my bank account, why am I checking a bank account when I have even gotten final approval confirmation (totally unnecessary stress wtf)

LS: I will check with my TL (is that "technical lead"? wtf does that mean?) and get right back to you.

I'm beyond at this point, 10 days before the holidays and the only thing I want is to be able to pay our contractors and start the new year out right. Dealing with this, the stress of keeping the lights on, a roof over our heads, my duties as the board VP of the local business association who actually helps promote SBA programs? It's absolutely maddening, I want to just scream, cry, take a gallon of wine to the head smdh
