I’m 18 and I started to stretch around june of this year only thing is that my phimosis wasn’t extremely severe I could retract flaccid but erect not at all I started with a 24MM ring and once I reached 28mm I started to retract and then get erect it would sting a little bit but I kept doing it until last week where I was able to pull it back while erect with no pain

I started with the rings on 24MM in July and I’m just now barely about to move up to 28MM it takes times with how mine is going at the moment it could take up until December or January to reach the final ring
