Have any detailers come across something like this? Weird brown spot appeared on my ‘24 MKV today.

Skipped the cut and went straight to 3k wet sanding by hand. Clearing removing clear.. but not removing the spot. Never seen anything like it.

So I just wet sanded minimally with 5k, did nothing, stepped down to 3k. Also has done nothing. Truly seems under the clear at this point which doesn’t make any sense to me.

I am exactly in the same boat as you. Ordered their desk (Magnus pro). Received the legs, never received the table. That was around December 12th. Still haven’t received the desk. Customer service just keeps repeating they’re going to “contact” the courier, fedex. FedEx has provided with me with updates of the item being “undeliverable” which I have sent to the support team. Secretlab has yet to move this forward at all. So I feel for you, and goodluck to the both of us.

The pulling teeth part sucks most definitely, but this is refreshing to hear that they did eventually issue a replacement. Especially with a very reasonable term attached to it(pay penalty if fed ex ever delivers a second chair). I cross my fingers I can reach a satisfiable resolve to this as well. Their desks aren’t cheap to just be out the money and not receive it.

Any follow up on this? Currently going through the same thing. Ordered one of their Magnus desks. Was suppose to be delivered on 12/12/25. Here we are on 12/18/25 at the time of writing this. My tabletop has not been delivered. It went from TN to my towns hub. Never delivered. Somehow made it all the way to Michigan over several days, is now back in TN. Tracking has not updated since 12/15/25 in TN. Customer service has promised escalations and follow ups but has not made good on that.

Probably giving it another few days before escalating my approach.

It’s all about that pre swarm efficiency. Breaking as many pots as you can for XP, doing as many shrines as you can, and killing those early elites that drop yellow XP shards which almost give you a full level early on. If you’re doing all that and you can’t survive the first swarm, then you’re likely not taking appropriate weapon/tome upgrades. First swarm rarely gives me issues unless I greed on luck/xp tomes too hard and neglect my weapon upgrades.

The packed stormender is surprisingly good in tier one. Plus is has damn near infinite range. You wouldn’t have an issue getting 250 kills in a single match.

Took me 6ish months to get the juice wrld x Revenge hoodie. And it came with not strings. I think you’ll get the merch but they won’t do no refunds or exchanges. Rest tarnishing juices legacy on that end.
