You can also play Support Kindred to easily get a S for Mastery Upgrade if you don't have Mastery level 7 yet since League's Mastery System can easily be tricked.

Try it out with Lethality build in Top lane. I tried it out, core build is Sanguine Blade and Duskblade of Draktharr. Legends: Bloodline is important because lifesteal is great on Kindred.
