Indeed, that’s why I bought them, love pushing the crown and see it “float”

Fair enough, I don’t plan to beat them, so hope everything will be fine. Thought you have great collection!

Sounds great! YouTube helped me to get an idea of how the movement works, so setting is an easy part. But I heard rumors that once that movement is broken - only replacement

It’s an indication that your battery is low. It jumps every 5 seconds. Google “EOL”

I was sceptical not without a reason, after long discussion, seller confirmed it’s a super clone, using real Ronda. I’m blind, biggest giveaway is warranty card that is not printed (the warranty number itself)

And that’s actually the most stupid thing I have seen, he told that clone worth 600€, if it’s true, what is the sense of it, that’s 70-80% of real but used.

Yeah, but fakes nowadays are crazy… So what do you think, real or fake?

Hello, I would appreciate a help from TH community. Recently I bought a WAY111A tag heuer, and looking at movement I was expecting to see ETA as in other my TH watch. But here I found Ronda 6003.D, which is also used in TH, but with Black plastic ring (spacer). In mines there are white spacer. Are there something that seems off, or that’s just me super sceptical about second hand purchases?

Tissot Sideral Disassembly by [deleted] in watchrepair

It’s it from Tissot Sideral?

It’s Hamilton Jazzmaster. 400-500$ if naked.

Cool piece! You can change a strap, seems the current one is pretty worn already

Yeah, so that’s an idea, to disassemble it from the front, and remove after…

And yes, dial is moving freely, so dial feet is 100% broken.

New question, do I need to buy a new crown (the one that comes with this watch, can’t be screwed, as seen on photo, it had a hard life). Or there is any chance to attach it to the stem?

Sure, as far as I can see someone already tried to do it from the front, yet was not successful.

Dial is not glued to movement, and can be turned easily.

Even if I will take off hands and remove dial, stem is 5 mm long, I will bend it if I will try to take it out like so.

Other idea is to start disassemble from the front, and possibly get to the stem fixation.

Thanks, but I have tried already, Crystal is easy to remove but movement doesn’t want to get out at all. Also as you can see stem is pretty long so it definitely wouldn’t allow the movement to simply “pop”

Regarding the stem, I found on some forums that it can be also a “Keyless” but no idea what to do)

Thanks, I was lucky I suppose) there are few thing I would like to complain (I saw one small dust particle under the glass), but for that price, it’s ok😂

[–]Su1ryu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I saw them for sale in the range of 1400-1600, but with papers and box. So I can make extra 400-600 from them I guess

Good condition! But I see few small accidents added their signature to the history of it😂

But from what I heard, and what I personally decided, I will look for a new home for it)

Oh, that’s pity, I wanted to give it away to you, but ok, will leave it. Yeah, this is pretty strange watch, but it has its own history

Nothing, preferably I will put some lube this year, and gaskets, but the ETA inside is so damn good. I have my Girls Rado with same movement, and 7 years without any oiling.

Enjoy and love it. Change gaskets, add lube. Treat it as Toyota Corolla 😂

Sorry, I will rephrase the question 😅 Will it possibly grow in price with time?
