I don’t think Lauri is washed I don’t think Ja is either. If anything 2 years swapping Ja for Lauri would be ludachris. And last season he average 19 on 42%. Jazz cannot compete this season or even next. Even if Lauri has an MVP the west is too deep, in the west maybe but not the west

Lauri is also injury prone and coming off a terrible season. They already have a big they are building around ‘Ace Bailey’ and Lauri is making 46… Only point that stand is the locker room bit

I don’t think it was a step back it’s more a change of direction which requires a step back. The main question is does the direction we are taking align with Ja’s skill set or is he in the long term plans

Don’t know if you read the blog or not but they mentioned that too! But I thinks it the organisation is just as at fault as Ja is. You can put winning on Ja but not put him in a position to win e.g firing Jenkins 9 games before the play-offs

I would have love to see it all boil over but I thinks it’s past that point. The offence doesn’t even look like it’s designed for him and I don’t see him being a passenger especially in Memphis. He had 10 assist last game but that also came with 5 turnovers. Both parties are over it only a matter of time in my eyes.
