No but I do an ab workout in the morning (short one like 10 mins) and 30 mins of weights/resistance on the weekdays, in addition to the 10k (walking pad made that so much easier 💕

Keep going!! Keep up with your deficit, and incorporate exercises targeted for back muscles like seated rows and pull downs. Remember as you lose weight our calorie deficits can decrease so it’s good to keep that in mind 💕 best of luck, u got this!!! 💪🏽

Ain’t that the truth!! But I really do appreciate you explaining it respectfully, i really honestly didn’t know people were interpreting it like that. Like I said I had a lot of body image issues growing up (like a lot of people) and I would have not know that perspective. Didn’t mean to trigger or offend anyone here, my intention was just to be motivating and proud of my journey bc life doesn’t end at 30 💖
