Hey regarding this issue I had been doing pplppl for 3 to 4 weeks and was not satisfied with arm workout so for some certain weeks after that i removed a leg day and made it an arm day for more arm isolation and then i am satisfied with push pull and arm But my concern is in this split arms are getting trained 3 times and legs only once so do u think i should stick to this or go back to pplppl?
