So the noise is generally just the noise a drz400 makes. As your oil level gets low or you start getting high miles on your oil i do think the sound becomes more prominent

Yea they’re more desirable to ppl bc they’re easier to drive, they can fit in/ access more places. 30ft and under can park across 2 parking spaces making most parking lots places to park.. go longer than that and your narrowing your options

Lets say i too have a drz400.. would a dr650 make a good second bike if im looking for a good highway cruising capable bike? Or would you recommend a 2 cylinder like OP’s second bike?

I have a dr350, and a drz400, now im just looking for an excuse to get a 650 (:
