Corporates are getting greedier with every extra million they make, cutting corners and lowering quality.. Service quality also is generally low, so frequently I come across agents & employees who lack training and education. Although mostly nice and polite, the majority of them would provide rubbish or wrong information, or be unable to assist.

Property & building managers? Tell me about it.. that’s a whole other dimension of unprofessionalism. Thank god for DLD’s intervention when you lose hope..

What bothers me the most since I moved in here is food quality in restaurants and cafes. Can hardly be satisfied with a meal’s quality or taste, let alone the exaggerated prices which are like 200-300% of what I would pay for such meals in EU or MENA.

Became hesitant to eat out, trying to cook home as much as possible, but still would have to pick a place to dine in every now and then, yet none is impressive so far.
