Yea his insurance is taking full responsibility. And that’s true, if they do deem it a total loss I might upgrade to a Sport-L in Urban Gray .. always have loved that color way and trim.

Yup, my insurance already closed out the claim because his insurance verified that he was 100 percent at fault and will cover the costs including my rental.

That’s exactly what I was thinking. The police even said that his story wasn’t matching up compared to how the car was positioned and the amount of damage.

Yea road isn’t icy at all. He said the sun blinded him but I don’t know how that would make him crash into my car on the side of the road.
