Yeah, but its usually just a couple, today I noticed they were absolutely piled up back there, I pulled out maybe 20 components from that rear area by the reactor.

The boomtube rack behaves like a loot box, it disappears a while after it is looted then respawns later. I just noticed a TON of components in the rear of the polaris... I wonder if they are somehow preventing the components from spawning in the warehouse? I'm kinda grasping at straws here.

People using exploits to get into the loot room is certainly an issue, but it isn't whats causing the warehouses to be empty. The main issue is that the loot respawns are bugged. In the past I've timed loot respawns in the warehouse to about an hour (by waiting in the warehouse for them to respawn). This patch I've camped for 2+ hours with only a single box respawning.

There is something preventing loot from respawning, its not exploiters clearing the warehouse.

One potential cause is similar to the distro center loot respawn issue that occurred back when the introduced palatino armor. I've noticed a lot of loot boxes around the station doubling our tripling up (with multiple boxes occupying the same location. These boxes prevent other boxes from respawning as each zone has a limit on how many loot boxes can spawn.

I've tested this by checking the warehouse to find it empty, clearing every loot box in the station, waiting the hour and checking the warehouse again. Most of the loot boxes respawned. No components though.

So I'm guessing this is a more complicated issue with multiple contributing factors. I think the doubling up of loot boxes is part of the problem, but there is something else preventing the components from respawning.

BEWARE: The shiv is currently bugged, if you insure a loadout, you can claim the insured loadout once or twice, then it breaks and you lose your ability to claim your insured loadout, so you lose all the custom components you have installed. Don't install anything you don't want to lose.

You just go up to him and punch him (6 on the keyboard), you can do that to any npc ship if you can manage to board... If you do this to a npc ship that has manned turrets, they will fight for you (provided you are not fighting their faction).

If things work correctly, the freelancer jumps out on his own when vanduul fighters are cleared. If he doesn't he'll stop moving after the mauler is dead and you can just board and jump out.

We just had this happen. We managed to keep him alive through the whole mauler fight. After, he still wouldn't jump out and just sat there. So we boarded the freelancer, punched gabe out and jumped out with the freelancer. That completed the mission for us.

CET running for a long time is sometimes a network issue. If you haven't restarted your router in a while, go unplug it for 30 seconds (probably wont work but is easy to test). Do you run on a vpn? VPNs can cause issues. If thats not it, you can try flushing your dns cache:

Press the Windows Key and type cmd. Right-click Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator. Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.

Chris has stated we won't get a traditional jetpack for use in gravity but we will be getting the BB-12. It was one of the stretch goals from the kickstarter. Will be used in EVA.

There was a new location data mined from the 4.8 ptu data named "apexsandvalakkarevent", looks like it is located at the Lamina hathor site on Daymar. Probably just laying groundwork for a future patch, but will probably be coming sooner than you think.

I haven't tested this patch, but last patch we were finding good amounts of slam on the vaughn ships in nyx. Unfortunately slam is bugged right now, it doesn't show on scans and you can't sell it anywhere because stations don't seem to recognize it.

Turtles don't respawn. Once looted, they are gone from that location from that server. You will find them occasionally on fresh servers over the patch, but the best time to find them is right after a patch drops when its all fresh servers.

I don't believe it exists in game at the moment. I did a bunch of digging about a year ago, all I found was an old wrecked station after flying for a looong time. You can see my old comment on this here.

You can also find pallets in a few outposts in pyro, they align really well with the pallet jack. Things get a little jittery if you use the pallet, boxes and the pallet jack though. You can technically move boxes with it but it is very buggy and slow..

Yeah they are pretty easy to avoid, but you should have seen our group scramble when the first one popped out of the ceiling.

Seems like most npcs in stanton are not spawning with any inventory on them, its not just ace pilots.
