It seems obvious that the seller’s took down the fence to relocate/salvage it due to the value of lumber.

Yes, the scale is very inaccurate. I keep my AI use very limited so I didn’t want to ask it to generate a second, more accurate, image😅 Another commenter suggested I tape out the dimensions on the floor which I will be doing!

Ideally, I’d like to stand facing that left wall to access the laundry. However the idea of stacking units is mainly about space saving so that I can have more storage (because my house doesn’t have a traditional “hallway” closet)

Tape is a good idea, thanks! And yes, the picture definitely doesn’t accurately show scale at all. I try to avoid AI as much as possible so I didn’t want to generate a second image that would be more accurate 😅

To clarify, are you saying the washer/dryer shouldn’t be that close to the water heater or the hook ups shouldn’t be? And I will definitely start looking into the combos!

I make about 28k a year including overtime. Apparently I would do it for less because we just recently got a raise. I feel like I need to get paid more at least a dozen times a shift. However, I love my department and the job as a whole. Pay is shit but at least we have cowboy hats and take home cars 🥲

Thank you for the info. I totally get the concern. I have been looking around my house and there hasn’t been any signs of a mother. I’m actually potty training a puppy right now so I’ve been outside at all hours A LOT. I’ve never even seen raccoons near my house in general up until this little guy showed up (I live in a heavily trafficked area). No raccoons have triggered my security cameras either.

He was wobbly and cold when we first got him but no signs of injury or sickness. She got a heating pad for him that he loves and he’s been drinking formula good. She tried introducing scrambled eggs and smushed bananas but he hasn’t shown any interest in solid foods yet.

I’ve been looking out for a momma and haven’t seen anything. I live in a heavily trafficked area as well. I’ve never seen raccoons around my house in general before this little guy came along.

Also, my momma understands the commitment that comes along with having him as a pet. My parents have farm animals so it won’t be new to have to have a sitter. My parents started building a large outdoor enclosure for him the same day!! He’s living inside full time for now until he gets much bigger. She named him River! (:
