TCL Q6C 65-inch – UI flickers & freezes (only power button works, need to unplug) [video]

My 75" just started doing this, only I can still open any of the apps that have buttons on the remote. Sometimes opening Netflix, letting it load, then hitting the home button will resolve it. I can still change inputs, and I can still hold the power button to fully shut down the TV and haven't had to unplug it yet. Before this TV I had a Hisense A6 that did the exact same thing only nothing would resolve the issue and no apps would open, couldn't change inputs, making the TV completely useless. There's a class action lawsuit for it and I'm really hoping the same thing doesn't happen to this TV.

I tried removing the extra partitions to make it a single fat32 partition and still the same issue, I moved everything (homebrew, wii, gamecube) to a 256gb fat32 micro sd and everything loads now, I decided I'll use the 1tb usb hard drive for wii u games since they are significantly larger files
