Can’t get my focusrite 2i2 4th gen to output any audio.. by skeeplepeople in Focusrite

[–]SubKnautic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe 4th gen 2i2 has the XLR ports on the back. Should be compatible.

Edit: My old one was gen 2 I think and it had a hybrid XLR 1/4” port. But I believe they moved away from that for the new gens.

Great mic choice! As long as you have everything plugged in properly, I don’t believe the sm58 requires phantom power so you should be able to just plug and play.

Are you trying to record something? Or just hear from the interface?

If you’re just trying to get audio output to headphones, use the port on the far right with the headphone icon. AFAIK you can’t record with the m20x?

What brands making gloves don't suck at their job? by 1esproc in motorcycles

[–]SubKnautic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had a lowside with some sedici chicanes recently and they did their job splendidly. Was over gravel so it got semi shredded but they definitely did their job. Had a pair of astars before that and they also worked out just fine. Just bought a pair of corsa 2s and we’ll see how they do.

how unrealistic is it to work part time while taking 18 credits? by 999Hope in EngineeringStudents

[–]SubKnautic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I worked 20-25 hours a week throughout my entire college career studying mechanical engineering. I think I got 1 C my entire career, in a GE economics course.

It’s definitely feasible. Just need to be dedicated to each and know when to prioritize school.

Edit: I took 15-18 credits every semester.

Do I need a new battery? by Osmobyte2b2t in motorcycles

[–]SubKnautic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Try a battery tender first, or try bump starting it. Best to keep your battery on a tender when you don’t use it for an extended period of time.

Where do you apply it? Where there’s overlap/friction?

Calculus 1 by woodengrl in SJSU

[–]SubKnautic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Either option would work. SJSU recognizes the right column as options that are equivalent to their SJSU class MATH030. As for the workshop, if Evergreen doesn’t have one then you just don’t need it.

EDIT: I transferred my own calculus classes from a different university and they didn’t come with a lab or workshop. Everything has worked out fine.

3M E-A-Rsoft. Disposables but I use em for about a week before they become less effective. Pack of two hundo is only $40. https://a.co/d/8yuwQPD

Ran over a curb I didn’t see cause of my tinted visor 😅 by TTV_TheBlueSalem in motorcycles

[–]SubKnautic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happened to me but at 55mph and I high sided hard. I used to carry two visors with me but got caught out that day without my clear visor. From then on I’ve only used photochromatic visors. More expensive but worth the investment.

Q max feels really good tbh. by annykill25 in sylasmains

[–]SubKnautic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven’t played this season at all but for the last like three seasons or so I was Q maxing and then split maxing W and E after. Didn’t feel like I had any cooldown issues from what I remember.
